Project: “Klankpoeder - Vouwmakreel”

Timaeus collaborated with Rotterdam based contemporary jazz quintet ‘Klankpoeder’ to bring their vision to life through a videoclip that served as the launch for their debut album.

Drawing inspiration from their dynamic and interactive music, which opens space for improvisation and interaction, the video was constructed in a similar approach.

A puppeteered fish, in line with their title track, is performed and recorded in realtime. You follow the energetic fish while it navigates it’s way through neither land nor water.
